What's a die-cut sticker?
A die-cut sticker is cut precisely to the outline of your design — no excess border. Versus a "kiss cut" which leaves a rectangular backing around the sticker. Die-cut lets your shape stand out.
What's the difference between White and Clear BOPP?
Gloss (Standard) — Shiny opaque white vinyl. Vibrant colors, clean look. Matte (Standard) — Flat opaque white vinyl. Soft, non-reflective finish. Spot UV (Premium) — Matte base with UV gloss highlights for tactile texture. Clear BOPP (Premium) — Transparent vinyl for a printed-on look.
What's Embossed Spot UV?
A premium add-on. We apply raised, glossy UV ink to specific design areas. The contrast between matte vinyl and shiny raised ink creates a tactile, embossed feel — adds 1+ business day to lead time.
Can I order a custom shape or size?
Yes. Sizes listed are MAX dimensions of the bounding box — your sticker is cut to your design. For sizes over 4.0" or non-standard shapes, request a quote.
How fast can I get my stickers?
Standard die-cut: 1–3 Biz Days. Spot UV adds 1+ business day. We print in-house in San Bernardino — no third-party queues.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) are best — required for accurate cut paths. We can also work with high-res .PNG / .PSD but may need a cut path drawn first.
