Spot UV gloss and raised UV finishes applied directly to your lighter labels — packaging. Add tactile texture and premium shine that separates your brand from the competition.
Feel the Difference
Raised UV creates a 3D texture customers can feel — logos, borders, and type that pop off the surface. It’s the detail that signals premium before the product is even opened.
Any Label or Package
UV printing works on BOPP, paper, foil, and most packaging substrates. Add it to any existing label order — pop top labels, mylar bags, pre-roll tubes, vape labels, and more.
Fast Turnaround
Applied in-house at our San Bernardino facility with only a +1–2 day lead time over your standard label order. No outsourcing delays — UV-finished labels ship fast.
COMMON QUESTIONS.
What’s the difference between Regular Print and Raised UV?
Regular Print UV adds a flat gloss spot-UV coating for shine and contrast on selected areas. Raised UV builds up a layer of clear UV ink to create a physical 3D texture you can feel — logos, borders, and graphics stand out from the surface.
What substrates does UV printing work on?
UV printing works on BOPP, paper, poly, and most foil-laminated substrates. It’s designed as an add-on to existing label orders. If you’re unsure whether your material qualifies, call us or submit a quote request.
Is pricing per label or per side?
Pricing is per side — one face of a label. If you need UV on both the front and back of a label, count each side separately. Double-sided = quantity × 2 sides.
Can I add UV to an existing label order?
Yes — UV is an add-on service. Simply include it when you place your label order and we’ll apply it in the same run. You can also add it to a previous design if you’re reordering.
What is the minimum quantity for UV printing?
Our minimum is 100 sides. For smaller quantities or samples, call (909) 252-6180 and we’ll see what we can do.
