Set your file up right.

File Format

Vector is always best — .AI, .EPS or a press-ready .PDF. Raster files like .PSD work too, as long as they're 300 DPI at final print size.

Bleed & Safety

Add 1/8" bleed on every edge so nothing white shows after trimming. Keep logos and text at least 1/8" inside the trim line.

Color & Fonts

Build in CMYK, not RGB — screen colors shift on press. Outline or embed every font so nothing reflows when we open it.

Common Questions.

Do I need a Dropbox account to upload?
No. Click the upload button, drag your files in, add your name and you're done. No sign-up, no login, no app to install.
How do you know the files are from me?
Only by what you type in the name field — Dropbox doesn't pass us your email address. Put your business name, your name and a phone number there and we'll match your files to your job straight away. If you've already sent a quote request, use the same business name on both.
My file is 400MB. Is that a problem?
Not at all — use the Dropbox option. Email is the one that struggles: most inboxes reject anything over 25MB, and large files often fail silently.
Will I see a proof before it prints?
Yes. A digital proof goes out by email for your approval before every run — nothing goes on press until you sign off on it.
What if I don't have print-ready artwork?
Send what you have. We set up files in-house every day — a logo and a rough idea is often enough to start. Call us and we'll tell you what's missing.
Can I send files before I have a quote?
Yes. It speeds things up if you request a quote at the same time, so we know what you're printing and in what quantity.
