What is a DTF gang sheet?
A gang sheet is one large direct-to-film transfer sheet packed with as many designs as fit. Instead of paying per transfer, you pay for the sheet — so mixing sizes, designs, and logos on one sheet drives your per-print cost way down.
How do I build my gang sheet?
Two ways: send us a pre-built sheet file with your designs already laid out, or send individual artwork files with quantities and we'll gang them efficiently for you. Either way you'll approve a proof before we print.
What garments do DTF transfers work on?
Cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, denim — light or dark. DTF has a white underbase built in, so colors stay vibrant on any garment color. You'll need a heat press; we include time and temperature instructions with every order.
What file format do you need for artwork?
PNG with a transparent background at 300dpi is ideal. Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) also work great. No artwork? Our in-house design team can prep your files or build designs from scratch.
How is pricing calculated?
By sheet size — the bigger the sheet, the lower your effective cost per design. Send us your artwork and quantities through the quote form and we'll recommend the most cost-effective sheet size for your order, usually same day.
Can you press the transfers for me?
Ask us — if you need finished garments instead of transfers, check out our custom shirts and we'll handle the whole job from print to press.
