Why we need it: no sales tax on resale purchases

Once your reseller's permit is verified and on file, anything you buy from us to resell is exempt from sales tax. We're required to keep a valid permit on record to sell to you tax-free, so we can't apply the exemption until we have it. Items you buy for your own business use rather than for resale are still taxable.

Do I pay sales tax on wholesale orders?

Not on anything you buy to resell. Once your reseller's permit is verified and on file with us, we remove sales tax from those purchases. Two things to know: we can't apply the exemption until we actually have the permit on record, and it only covers goods you intend to resell — items you buy for your own business use are still taxable. If you're unsure which side of the line a purchase falls on, ask us before you order.

What do I need to open a wholesale account?

A current reseller's permit — in California that's your CDTFA seller's permit, and in other states it's your resale certificate — plus a business name, address, and phone. You do not need a tobacco license to open an account with us.

How long does approval take?

Most applications are reviewed within one business day, and often the same day if you submit before mid-afternoon Monday through Friday. Attaching your permit to the application is what keeps it moving — without it we can't verify the account. Call or text (909) 252-6180 if you need it expedited.

Do you sell wholesale outside California?

Yes, we ship nationwide. Upload the resale certificate issued by your own state and we'll verify it the same way. Local will-call pickup is available for anyone who can get to San Bernardino.

Is there a minimum order or membership fee?

No membership fee and no annual minimum to keep the account open. Individual products have their own case or pack minimums, and custom print jobs start at 1,000 units for most items — those are listed on each product page.

My business is brand new — can I still apply?

Yes. A startup with a valid reseller's permit is welcome to apply. Open the optional section, select "Not open yet / Startup" for years in business, and tell us what you're building — we work with a lot of brands on their first production run.
