Most label orders ship in 1–4 days from final artwork approval. We print in-house, so we control the timeline — we don't outsource and wait on a third-party printer's queue. Lead time depends on order size: smaller runs (under 1,000 units) often ship in 1–2 days, larger runs in 3–4 days.
What's the difference between product labels and stickers?
Product labels are designed to go ON a product — wax jars, vape carts, pop top vials, pre-roll tubes — and often include compliance information for regulated industries. What's the minimum order for product labels?
Our standard MOQ is 500 units per design. For larger orders, unit pricing drops significantly. Call us at (909) 252-6180 if you need under 500 — we can sometimes work with smaller quantities for repeat clients.
Do you handle California cannabis compliance text?
Yes. We work with cannabis brands daily and know what compliance text needs to appear on flower, concentrate, edibles, and pre-roll labels. Send us your product details and we'll guide you.
Can you match a Pantone color exactly?
Yes — we offer Pantone matching on larger runs. Digital prints get very close to spec, and offset/flexo print for high-volume orders nails Pantone colors precisely.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) are best. We also accept high-res .PNG and .PSD. Don't have artwork? Our in-house design team can build it for you — just send us your concept.
Do you ship outside California?
Yes. We ship nationwide. Local San Bernardino and Inland Empire clients can pick up directly from our shop to skip shipping costs entirely.
