Custom Packaging Questions
What is the minimum order for custom packaging?
It depends on the format. Custom paper bags and folding cartons start around 100 units. Printed mylar bags generally start higher because of plate and film setup. Tell us your target quantity and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth printing custom or whether stock packaging with a custom label gets you a better result for the money.
Do you help with the artwork, or do I need a designer?
We have an in-house design team. If you have print-ready files we will review them free before anything goes to press. If you have a logo and an idea, we can build the dieline and lay out the artwork for you. Either way you see a digital proof and approve it in writing before we print.
How long does a custom packaging order take?
Quotes come back within one business day. Once artwork is approved, production time varies by format and quantity — smaller digital runs move faster than large flexo runs with custom dies. We give you a firm date with your proof, not an estimate.
Can I pick up locally instead of paying to ship?
Yes. Will-call pickup at our San Bernardino counter is available on every order, and it is the reason a lot of Inland Empire businesses work with us instead of ordering online. We are at 1145 E Orange Show Rd Ste A, open Monday through Friday.
What if I only need a small run to test the market?
Start with stock packaging and a custom printed label. You get branded product on the shelf at a fraction of the setup cost, and you learn what sells before committing to a full custom print run. We stock the bags, jars, and tubes, and we print the labels here.
