Common Questions.
What's the minimum order for custom boxes?
Standard MOQ is 500 units per design. For premium rigid gift boxes the MOQ is the same, though unit cost is higher due to material and construction. Lower minimums are available for repeat clients — call us to discuss.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is 10–15 business days after artwork approval. Rigid gift boxes can also take 10–15 business days after artwork approval due to additional construction steps. Reorders of an existing die-line ship faster — call us at (909) 252-6180 for timing on a reorder. Note: production timing starts AFTER you approve the digital proof, so the faster artwork is finalized, the faster your boxes ship. Production times are estimates and begin after final artwork approval. Your confirmed turnaround date is provided with your digital proof.
Do you offer child-resistant box designs?
Yes. We offer child resistant box designs for regulated, edible, and pharmaceutical products. These include push-and-slide mechanisms, lock-tab closures, and tamper evident seals built to California compliance standards.
I have a custom-shaped product. Can you make a box for it?
Absolutely. Send us a sample or detailed specs and our structural design team will engineer a custom die-line. We've made boxes for everything from concentrate syringes to oversized luxury gift sets.
What finishes can you do on boxes?
Matte, gloss, soft-touch matte, spot UV, foil stamping (gold, silver, holographic), embossing, debossing, and window patches. Most can be combined on the same box.
Can I get foam inserts inside my boxes?
Yes. We offer custom foam inserts (EVA or PE foam) cut to fit your specific product. Great for protecting glass jars, vape carts, syringes, and premium product launches.
Do you offer sustainable box options?
Yes. Recycled kraft, FSC-certified paperboards, soy-based inks, and compostable stocks are all available. Tell us your sustainability goals and we'll spec materials that match.
