Every tier above is double-sided printing — there is no upcharge for interior print. Production time starts after artwork approval. Orders under 3,000 ship by air; 3,000 and above ship by sea, which is why the longer window applies. Custom dimensions are quoted separately at a 500-unit minimum.

Custom mailer boxes at Pro Pack Supply run $7.95 each at 100 boxes down to $1.85 each at 3,000. Every tier is double-sided printing — there is no upcharge for interior print.
What sizes do your mailer boxes come in?
Pro Pack Supply stocks two mailer box sizes, 12x9x2 and 12x9x4, in tuck-top construction that ships flat and needs no tape. Custom dimensions are available at a 500-unit minimum.
How long do printed mailer boxes take to produce?
Production is 10–15 business days under 3,000 boxes and 20–25 business days at 3,000 and above, because larger runs ship by sea. Timing starts after you approve the digital proof, so the faster artwork is finalized, the faster your boxes ship. Production times are estimates; your confirmed turnaround date comes with your proof.
What's the minimum order?
100 boxes on our two stock sizes. Custom dimensions start at 500 units because a new die-line has to be cut for the run.
Do I need tape to close them?
No. Tuck-top mailers lock closed on their own. Most brands add a branded sticker or tape for a tamper-evident seal, but the box does not need it to hold.
I don't have a die-line or artwork. Can you build it?
Yes. Our in-house design team can build your die-line and artwork from scratch. Send your logo and a rough idea of what you want inside and out, and we'll lay it out on the correct template.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes. In-store pickup at our San Bernardino shop at 1145 E Orange Show Rd, Suite A. We also deliver across the Inland Empire and ship anywhere in the country.
