Planning Ahead
Order Early. Order Once.
The two things that go wrong with group orders are the size run and the deadline. Collect sizes before you call — including the youth sizes — and give us the event date up front. We would rather tell you a date is tight than take the order and hand you shirts the Monday after.
Volume is where this gets efficient. A single run of a hundred shirts costs far less per shirt than three reorders of thirty, so it is worth chasing the stragglers for their sizes before you place the order with our San Bernardino shop.

Group Order Questions
How far in advance should I order for an event?
Earlier than you think, especially in spring and fall when everyone orders at once. Call with your date first — we will tell you honestly whether it is workable before you collect a single size.
Do you do names and numbers on team shirts?
Yes, along with rosters and back prints. Send the list in a spreadsheet and we will set it up.
Do you carry youth sizes?
Yes, youth through adult 4XL. Collect the full size run before ordering; adding six shirts later costs more per shirt than including them the first time.
Is there special pricing for nonprofits or bulk orders?
Pricing improves with volume on every order. Tell us you are a church, school or nonprofit and what the quantity is, and we will quote it accordingly.
Can you help with the design?
Yes. Our design team can take a rough idea or an old logo and turn it into something printable, and you approve a proof before anything runs.
Do you print banners and canopies too?
Yes — banners, retractable displays, step-and-repeat backdrops, table covers and full printed canopies. Ordering the shirts and the booth together keeps the branding consistent.
